This endeavour was born from office fit out firm Thirdway’s desire to always do things their own way and with their people in mind. Revolutionary in all aspects, they wanted to look at the sitewear their construction teams donned, far beyond just t-shirts and PPE.

Motive teamed up with fashion consultant Beth Spurr (Adidas x Rita Ora & Pharrell Williams etc.) to produce a site-functional high end streetwear collection with London architecture, culture and reinvention in mind.

A world away from one-size-fits-all disposable workwear, pieces took lead from the way site teams customise their PPE to suit their style of working, or the way they wish clothing would flex and adapt to their jobs and surroundings. Items were design that embraced the unavoidable mess on site. Flight suits, adaptable dungarees and ponchos were all highlights of the unconventional pack.
